I really cannot express how much I loved this show. I wanted to give myself a bit of a break from the teenage romance type of K-Dramas that I was slowly drowning in. This show delves into the lives of four male friends who are in their forties and the crazy love lives they have. I seriously fell in love with all of these characters, even the ones that frustrated me to no end, and that was refreshing. The past few K-Dramas have had at least one or two characters that I couldn’t relate to AT ALL and who I just wanted to punch in the face. This is what made this one so refreshing; while some of the characters would frustrate me because “OMG JUST TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL” I still found myself getting emotionally invested in every single one of these characters. While I did feel the last episode was rushing through a lot of things just to close up the series –they really could have done one more episode to give more time for each guy– I feel it did do a good job of giving closure (I would have gone insane if I didn’t know what happened to everyone!!)
Now I know that this is another romance show BUT the fact this was all about adults it had a completely different feel to it and brought up things that won’t really come up in teenage specific romances. I definitely recommend this if you are looking at a cute series filled with romance, drama, and good ol’ comedy.
