For a second I probably had you thinking I was doing something to this blog again didn’t I? But no, I’m actually talking about some new things in the realm of my life off the internet. So let me take it back a bit…
At the beginning of this year I had every intention of creating content more consistently which included livestreams, vlogs, art / cross stitch streams and videos, and more. Then a big life changing opportunity came up that I just couldn’t pass on so all of that went on hold. Now, here we are, seven months since my last blog post and with a TON of news changes in my life with the biggest one being that I no longer live in California!
For those of you that are stumbling across this blog, or only check this blog and have not kept up to date with me on social media, in March 2018 I moved from San Fransisco, CA to Raleigh, NC to continue my journey of working as a community manager in the video game industry. My partner and I had been wanting a life change, especially since he has never lived outside of California, so when the opportunity to move to the east coast in a place WAYYYY cheaper than the Bay Area came up we just HAD TO do it.
It has been a crazy roller coaster of a time. Since our move the role at my job as shifted from community management to social communications management and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I have loved my time as a community manager but I am excited to continue growing in my career, as one of my inspirations once said:

Something else I’m super happy about is that my partner and I officially adopted a dog and she is the greatest pup on this planet (yes, I know, every dog parent says that about their dog). Her name is Latte and she is the most beautiful pup in the world! This poor girl has gone through many trials in her young life (including her previous owner abandoning her on the side of the interstate) but she continues to triumph and show so much love to everyone she meets.
Now that we’ve gotten a bit more settled in I’m excited to get back into creating more regularly with the start being this blog! My aspirations are to post blogs every Monday – Wednesday – Friday of the week. I’m currently debating on whether or not I want to start streaming now or in September, we will be going to Disneyland for a week in the middle of August and some other stuff happening once we come back so I don’t want it to seem like I’m “starting and stopping” something again but I’m keen to get back into creating streaming content again (I HAVE SO MANY GAMES TO PLAY!).
Let me know what you think! Should I start streaming again starting this Saturday, August 4? Or should I hold off until Saturday, September 8?
